The network got pulled down on this Mini due to windshield leak which in turn corroded the main harness and compromised the dedicated network communication line , in other words a bunch of things stopped working from the tacho meter and instrument cluster on ,naturaly scan tools are no help in case like this since there is zero communication between scan tool and other components.
