Please allow us to introduce our latest team member, our new pride the Hoffmann alignment computer machine, with high tech imaging technology to provide you the most accurate precision guided alignment for your money.
It is an image wheel aligner. There are alignment machines with double heads, some with four heads (our previous machine) and there are the newest multiple digital camera guided (3D) three dimensional high precision machines (our current machine) which will provide you (and your fine automobile) with state of the art technology.
We do have to say these state of the art fine instruments were designed and built in Germany with the famous German engineering and precision.
Very important. If your car alignment off, you will notice excessive or uneven tire wear. The steering wheel might pulls left or right. Your car wont be stable, you might feel of looseness or wandering. The car might behave differently when you turning left or turning right.
Also you might experience steering wheel vibration or the steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead. Any of the above symptoms indicate it, you need to get check, adjust your car's alignment. Even with out those symptoms you should get your mechanics check and adjust the alignment, if it needed.
A correct alignment will improve handling, it will reduce tire wear, and will cause better gas mileage. Plus check the alignment is necessary to spot worn parts before they cause costly problems.
Our aligner equipped with 3-dimensional modeling software.
This software performs spindle measurements: front and rear wheel setbacks, track widths, and cross diagonal measurements which will indicate when possible frame or unibody damage may exist.
Body damage requires correction before a proper alignment can be done.
Same size tires from different manufacturers may not always be the same size/diameter.
This can cause steering pull which is nearly impossible to diagnose without this tire measuring feature.
The system provides instructions, with the TIP (Target Imaging Pointer) against the vehicle touch points. This exclusive new digital imaging tool measures OEM specifications to 0.05 inch. The screen provides a live camera view to aid in target placement and an audible signal to indicate when each measurement is complete.
One of our latest aligner feature is the Angle Measurement Screen. It provides a graphical representation of Caster Trail, Scrub Radius and Included Angle. Based on tire width, it calculate the scrub radius, and all other required parameters automatically upon completion of rollback positioning.
